Retraction

It has come to my attention that my previous post was insulting to lawyers in a way I hadn't intended. By "lawyerish" I meant "good at finding loopholes"--which is a neutral talent, and they'd better be good at reading the letter of the law if they're going to be good as lawyers. I was using "lawyerish" in connection with moneygrubbing in that instance, but hadn't meant to link them necessarily. After all, the lawyers I am personally acquainted with do have this lawyerish skill and they are not moneygrubbing. :-)
